How does this work?
We print on both sides of the mug. On one side, you get the phrase that you select and on the other side is your custom design based upon the photo(s) you added.
How long does it take?
The design takes around 3-5 days and once you approve (you get UNLIMITED REVISIONS) it takes about 7 days to ship. We print and ship everything from the US so it doesn't take too long!
What if I don't like the design?
First and foremost, you get UNLIMITED revisions until you LOVE it. We never ship the product until you approve and if for any reason you do not like the design - we give you a refund, no questions asked.
