That's the beauty of our process - there's no risk on your end. After you order and submit your photos, you enter our review process where you get unlimited revisions. You can also change your photos, adjust the clothing, whatever you need to make it purrrfect! And if for any reason you don't like the design, we'll issue you a refund - no questions asked! 

Nope, that's our secret sauce! Simply submit a photo of each person and pet, and we combine into a cohesive portrait of everyone!

We're super flexible at Furesque and can work with almost any photo; however, the clearer the better! Good lighting is great and being able to clearly see the facial features is a huge plus. But again, do not stress over your photos - we work our magic and you can always switch your photos during our review process. 

Yes! A lot of times people will use multiple photos for one person or pet. For example, they could use one photo where they like the clothing, but another photo for their facial features. 

We can draw any animal! Dogs, cats, birds, horses, pigs, bunnies....we've even drawn bears! 

Furesque is a small US-based family business from Annapolis, Maryland (right by the Naval Academy). We're pet owners ourselves and have an adorable 3-year old lab. We also have a baby girl! Like you, we're obsessed with our fur-mily and glad we can finally get the perfect photo of everyone! 

After you order you'll get the specific turnaround time for your order. In general, it goes like this: 

• Design: ready within 3-5 days
• Once you approve (if you purchased the poster or framed): shipped to you within 7 days. We print and ship everything in the US so it doesn't take too long! 

• Digital: High-resolution file delivered digitally via email
• Poster: Thick, durable, matte poster printed and shipped from the USA
• Framed: Framed poster printed and shipped from the USA
