Portraits

Dogs and cats are done on a daily basis, but we also have created portraits for unique pets from pet birds to cute bunnies.

Yes! That's one of the reasons we started Furesque. It's very easy to find someone who will do a portrait of your pet, but Furesque stands alone as the industry leader in custom portraits and illustrations of you, your family, and your pets!

Yes! After you check out you will be asked to provide your mobile phone number to participate in a review. When you provide your mobile phone number we will text you when your art work is ready to review!

Yes! When completing your order just leave the field blank.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! Please e-mail us (support@furesque.com) or give us a call (888-387-6259) and we will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, we cannot print any copyrighted name such as "Batman". If this is the case, just leave the name field blank and we will print without the name!

1) Lighting, lighting, lighting! It's imperative to have good natural lighting or in a room that's well lit.

2) Forward facing and eye level - please make sure the pet or person is eye level and facing the camera.

3) Good resolution with a quality smart phone or camera. No blurry photos please!

Shipping

We estimate you will receive your order within two weeks. Reason being, we need 1) up to one week to create your custom illustration and have you review and approve; and 2) another week to get your illustration printed and shipped to you.

Yes! As soon as your order ships we will email you and provide your order tracking number.

No, unfortunately at the moment we only ship to the US. We're working on expanding to other parts of the world!

We have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99. We try and make shipping as cheap as possible but as we're shipping fragile and large goods we have implemented this flat rate.

Since every product is custom made, we cannot cancel your order once we've started. If you'd like to cancel, please e-mail (support@furesque.com) or call (888-387-6259) and we will do everything in our power to accommodate your request.

The majority of the time, yes. However, in some rare cases you may receive at different times depending on when the product is ready. For example, if you ordered a framed portrait and a coffee mug, you may get the coffee mug separately.

Returns

If you're not 100% happy when you receive the product, contact us and we will fix it!

Since every product is custom made for you, we can only offer returns on damaged products. Our world-class artists individually design each product for you and your pet and we also offer a review process to make sure you're fully satisfied with the product before we finish!

If for any reason you're unhappy, please contact usand we will do absolutely everything in our power to make it right.
